  2. Hi Daniel,
I posted some links about essay structure you can look at. Also, your "team" members will give you some feedback so you can revise before handing it in Tues for a grade.

  6. The first time I saw mark Bittman, it was in a show called "on the road agin" with Gwyneth Paltrow a famous actress where they were in spain enjoying spanish cuisine such as grilled sardines in different restaurants. Mark Bittman knows how great and esay cooked food taste like. I can feel the sadness he is going trough when in this video he is questioning the government common sence and trying to awaken people's conscientiouness by starting changing their eating habits. It was very poignant making a comparison between the atomic bomb in japan, which was terrible and spectacular were its repercutions were being observed for more than fourty years, and the danger emaning from fast foods that is not as spectacular but will be destroying lives for centuries if we dont act now. I hope he will convince folkes whom are not as preocupied by their health as they should be.

  7. “Family Dinner was put in a coma…” This sentence was the most important part of his speech for me. People forgot about what “family dinner” means. In Europe, dinner with family is very significant part of everyday life. This is not just dinner, it is a celebration, it is a culture. People meet each other, they talk each other. They know and enjoy the value of it. They appreciate it. In America, young generation doesn’t understand the meaning of “family dinner”. They haven’t even attempted it. In ’70 there were fast foods everywhere, women started to think about making a career, so they had no time for family. At that time lifestyle changed totally, and now we can see effects of it. We have overweight children who develop problems such as high cholesterol, high blood pressure or heart disease. Maybe we should start to think again about returning to traditional meals.
